501 Colonial was built in 1926. I acquired the property in an estate sale in 2019 and lovingly restored the entire property. Twenty trailer loads of lath and plaster were removed.  Drywall and insulation was replaced. All electrical and plumbing is new. Both the house and cottage have impact windows and doors. In the main house two things remain original, the oak floors and the cypress ceilings. The entire property has a unique energy and flow that always seems to bring relaxation, happiness and enjoyment.
